      Venison is the Primal Red Meat Protein Why? Because venison is very dense, therefore filling and has half the fat of beef, is extremely low in saturated fat, and has more protein then any other red meat. Plus it is DELICIOUS !! Choose from any 100% venison cut including ground venison, roast, or Backstrap.



    • High Protein High Energy Smoothies

      Naturally prepared smoothies full of fruits, vegetables and whole unprocessed grains, utilizing all of their natural nutrients fiber, carbohydrates, vitamins and proteins, will keep your body energized strong and healthy, just as God has intended !!

    • Lunch and Dinner

      Venison 4 ounce servings, 2 servings per day total, all vegetables, all fruit, whole unprocessed grains, spices and herbs. You may periodically substitute venison with 8 ounces of fish, seafood or skinless chicken if needed, a couple meals a week. It is important however that all items are considered in your totally daily calorie intake and that you don’t exceed the max. amount of predetermined calories a day.

    • Honey/Pure Maple Syrup/Date Syrup

      These are excellent natural sweeteners to be used in moderation. Bee Bread, a product of Primal Eats has such extraordinary health benefit, that we encourage you even take up to 2 teaspoons a day as a supplement. Be aware that honey products should never be given to children under 1 year of age.

    To succeed in the program it is highly recommended that the following items are removed from your diet completely or as much as possible, Processed Sugar, Processed Carbohydrates, Processed Grains, Oil, Dairy Products, Fatty Meats, Flour, Bread, and Alcohol.

    If you need a snack simply choose from a variety of whole food plant based options such as, fruits, vegetables and unprocessed grains, even one ounce of nuts. However remember to include your snacks in your totally daily calorie allowance.

    Special Consideration
    Since each individuals situation is unique, you may need to intake a few more predetermined daily calories to satisfy your appetite. If you feel the need to do this once in awhile, you simply can eat a few more healthy meal choice items, to increase your daily protein amount. This added protein, in turn, will satisfy your appetite.
